Victor Luis Rodriguez

Victor Luis Rodriguez, 78, passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center in Edinburg, Texas. He was born on a Saturday, January 16, 1943 in Edinburg, Texas to Simon Rodriguez and Concepcion de la Rosa. He is preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife; Santa Cleotilde Rodriguez, siblings; Arnoldo Rodriguez, Carlos Rodriguez and Maria Luisa Riojas and his daughter, Rosalinda Contreras.
Victor is survived by his children; Anastacia Yadira (Juan) Hernandez, Celia (Eusebio Garza) Rodriguez, Victor Luis Rodriguez, Jr, Esmeralda Rodriguez and Teresa Guerrero Rodriguez, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Victor was a hardworking family man which included a career in plumbling. He enjoyed working on his truck and loving on his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
Catholic Mass will be celebrated on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 501 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Funeral Director/Manager and staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
