Rosario "Rosie" Martinez, 52, entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at McAllen Heart Hospital in McAllen. She was born on a Thursday, October 23, 1969 in Edinburg, Texas to Pedro Martinez and Consuelo Rosario Almanza Martinez. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother; Pedro Juan Martinez.
Left to cherish her memories are her children; Ray Martinez, Jose Angel Moreno and Rosemary Martinez, grandson; Rey Martinez, Jr., sister; Mary Ana (Marcelino) Carrizales, numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosie lived in Edinburg all of her life and was a graduate of Edinburg High School. She enjoyed playing Bingo, Listening to cumbias, country and Tejano music and just cruzing around town. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends and all those whose lives she touched.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and Staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg.
