Judy G. Hinojosa

Judy G. Hinojosa, 49, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on a Monday, December 12, 1972 in San Juan, Texas to Rafael Antonio Garza and Juanita Cavazos. She is preceded in death by her mother.
Left to cherish her memories is her loving husband of 28 years; Omar Hinojosa, sons; Omar A. Hinojosa, Christopher N. Hinojosa, Tristan B. Hinojosa and Justin T. Hinojosa and daughter; Kaitlin P. Hinojosa, father; Rafael Antonio Garza, siblings; Mari (Juan) Salinas, Jessie Guzman, Thelma Garza, Rafael Garza, Ricardo Garza, Roberto Garza and Rogelio Garza as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Judy lived in Edinburg all of her life and was a 1991 graduate of Edinburg High School. Judy worked at Hilliard Disability Consultants for a year and a half before beginning to work at the Hidalgo County WIC program. She had a contagious smile and enjoyed cooking, especially making fried chicken but her greatest joy in life was her family. She will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM with a rosary to be prayed at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Peace, Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn, Edinburg, Texas. Services for Judy will conclude after the viewing. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and Staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
