Elvira Ochoa

Elvira Ochoa, 72, entered eternal rest on Monday, November 7, 2022 at Solara Hospital in McAllen, Texas. She was born on a Friday, June23, 1950 to Juan M. Garcia and Elvira Hinojosa-Garcia in Edinburg, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother; Pete Garcia and sisters; Pauline Canales and Olga Enriquez.
Elvira is survived by her children; Ramiro Hector Ochoa, Ray Richard Ochoa and Marissa G. Ochoa, grandchildren; Steven Ochoa and Stephanie Ochoa, brothers; Robert Garcia, Juan Garcia and Charlie Garcia and sister; Rosie Garcia as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved being with family. Her greatest joy in life was taking care of her family and her grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She will be greatly missed by family, friends and all those whose lives she touched.
Her family invites friends and family to celebrate her life with a Memorial Service on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM with a rosary at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Peace, Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street, Edinburg, Texas. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and staff at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg
