Noel Salinas

Noel Salinas, 66, entered into eternal rest on Monday, February 9, 2026 at his residence in Edinburg, Texas. He was born on a Friday, January 1, 1960 in Edinburg to Benito Salinas and Brigida Ramos Salinas. Noel is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Jose Francisco Salinas and sister; Yolanda Salinas Perez.

He is survived by his loving children; Eina Renee (Erik) Galaviz, Julia Jennelle (Ernesto) Guajardo and Roman Gabriel Salinas, brother; Rolando (Nora) Salinas, brother in law, Eddie Perez, 9 grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Noel was a hardworking man who was always very social with everyone he met. He enjoying working with his hands and fishing. However his favorite pastime was spending time with his family. Enjoying, loving and cherishing every moment he had with them. Noel will be deeply missed by all those whose lives he touched.

The Salinas Family will receive friends on Thursday, February 12, 2026 for a Memorial Service to be held from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM with a rosary to be prayed at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Peace, Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia Funeral Director/Manager and staff at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
