Nilda Yolanda "Yoli" Perez

Nilda Yolanda "Yoli" Perez, 66, entered eternal rest on Sunday, April 24, 2016 at McAllen Medical Center in McAllen. She was born on Monday, January 2, 1950 in Edinburg, Texas to Manuel Perez and Eduviges P. Perez. She is preceded in death by her father.
Left to cherish her memories are her mother; Eduviges P. Perez, brothers; Manuel Noel (Geraldina Yvonne) Perez, Sr. and Nicandro "Nick" Perez, sister; Hilda P. Molina, 5 - nieces, 3 - nephews, 5 - grand nephews and numerous cousins.
Yoli was an independent hard worker who loved the outdoors. She enjoyed hunting with her family. She worked for over 30 years as a cashier/Manager for a few convenient stores including Chorizo de San Manuel, Ice Box Grocery and Circle "M" Grocery where she also help sell tickets for Valley Transit Company bus company. She was always full of life with her beautiful smile. She will be missed by her family, friends, customers and all those whose lives she touched.
Her family will receive friends today, April 26, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Catholic Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 501 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg. Catholic burial will follow to Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3605 North Taylor Road in McAllen. Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers will be Gregorio Perez, Jr., Antonio Perez, III, Fermin Perez, Manuel Noel Perez, Jr., Hector Molina, Jr. and Federico Manuel Molina. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Funeral Director and staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
