Estela Armijo, 77, entered eternal rest at her residence in Edinburg, Texas. She was born on a Tuesday, June 7, 1949 in McAllen, Texas to Timoteo Flores and Concepcion Lozano Flores. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Anastacio Armijo, Jr. and son-in-law, Raul January.

She is survived by her loving children; Anastacio (Laura) Armijo, III., Alberto (Delma) Armijo, Ariza January and Athena A. (Ben) Mora, grandchildren; Abrynah A. Armijo, Aron A. Armijo, Lucas A. Armijo, Ryan Armijo, Ashton January, Deleena Armijo and Danica Armijo, siblings; Elma (Richard) Davila, Elda (Sergio) Navarro, Timoteo (Mary Lou) Flores, Jr. and Enedina Flores as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Estela worked with the Texas Department of Child Licensing for over 20 years until her retirement. She enjoyed her life, watching her favorite episodes of “Murder, She Wrote”, going to Whataburger, Sonic and going to the park with her companion her dashhound “Oreo”. She also enjoyed traveling and going to the beach to relax and spend time with her family. Her favorite time was spending it with her family. She will be dearly missed by all her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
