Malcolm Davis Putty, Jr., 83, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at his residence in McAllen. He was born on Tuesday, February 6, 1934 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Malcolm Davis Putty and Mary Joe Kell. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Left is cherish his memories are his wife of 48 years; Anice R. Putty, children; Robert (Nereyda) Putty, Malcolm Davis (Jenny) Purcell, Kell Attebury (Beverly) Purcell, Melissa Vivian (Bill) Killmer, May Lynn (Dave) Turtletaub and Sarah Gentry (Vince) Bell, sister; Mary Kell (Bill) Cayley, 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Malcolm was a member of the Church of the King in McAllen. He enjoyed watching Nascar Racing, was an Oklahoma Sooner and Dallas Cowboys fan. He was a hard working man and enjoyed life to the fullest.
His family will have a Celebration of his life on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. at the Church of the King - McAllen, 7401 North Ware Road with Pastor Ron Smith officiating. Funeral services were entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
