Lee Roy Aleman

Lee Roy Aleman, 51, a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully at Edinburg Regional Hospital on Monday, September 29, 2025. He was born on a Friday, March 29, 1974 to Rosario Garza Aleman and Rafael Aleman. He is preceded in death by his father; Rafael Aleman.

He is survived by his loving wife; Christina Marie Dutremaine, children; Matthew Aleman, Brandon Aleman and Kadince Aleman, 5 grandchildren; Jethro Aleman, Victoria Aleman, Mason Aleman, Clara Aleman and Daxton Aleman, mother; Rosario Reyna, stepfather; Samuel Reyna, sisters; Elvira (Rodolfo) Orozco and Erica Yme Garza and brother; Steven Reyna as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Lee Roy was the 2nd member in a family of 4. He graduated from Edinburg High School in 1992 and played # 84 for their varsity football team. His work professions included working in retail as well as being a great cook in his catering service.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 9:30 AM at First Baptist Church, 201 East Samano Street in Edinburg, Texas. A scheduled date for this service will be released at a later time. The Reyna family would like to extend their deepest and most heartfelt thank you’s to the nursing staff and physicians at Edinburg Regional Medical Center, while Lee Roy was in their care. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Funeral Director / Manager and staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
