Juliana Rodriguez, 86, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Edinburg Regional Medical Center. She was born on March 13, 1928 to Victor Garcia and Ramona Ramirez Garcia in Edinburg, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Natividad Rodriguez, her parents, and five brothers.
Left to cherish her memories are her loving children, Olivia (Virgilio) Ruvalcaba, Hector (Maria Cristina) Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Natividad (Rosa) Rodriguez, Jr., and Yolanda (Ismael) Padilla; 17 - Grandchildren; 28 - Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Juliana lived in Edinburg her whole life and was a devoted member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and attending to her plants, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be truly missed by her family and all those whose lived she touched.
Family will receive friends on Friday, March 6, 2015 from 10:00am - 9:00pm with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00pm in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. A Catholic Mass will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Catholic Burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg. Having the distinguished honor of serving as pallbearers will be Sergio Rodriguez, Raul Rodriguez, Marco Ruvalcaba, Rogelio Ruvalcava, Natividad Rodriguez, and Guadalupe Rodriguez. Funeral Services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
