Edinburg- Juan “Juanito” C. Rodriguez, 83, entered eternal rest on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at McAllen Medical Center. He was born to Narciso Rodriguez and Juana Lopez Rodriguez on March 29, 1931 in Mexico. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Juan Rodriguez; sister, Rosa Silva; 5 – Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and many more relatives and friends.
Juanito enjoyed walking around town and collecting cans. He will truly be missed by all those whose lived he touched.
Family will receive friends Tuesday, May 20, 2014 from 10:00 am – 9:00 pm with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 pm in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. A Christian Mass will be held Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Christian burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Edinburg. Having the distinguished honor of serving as pallbearers will be Jose Morado, Oscar Morado, Eduard Morado, Jonathon Rodriguez, Israel Estrada, and Alex Rodriguez.
