Hector Hugo Garza

Hector Hugo Garza, 47, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Oak Bend Medical Center in Richmond, Texas. He was born on a Monday, April 7, 1975 in Monterry, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Federico Garza and Guadalupe Salinas Garza. He is preceded in death by his brother in law; Jorge Salinas.
He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years; Anabel Leal Garza, children; Anahi Garza, Hector Hugo Garza, Jr and Arely Garza, parents; Federico Garza, Sr. and Guadalupe Salinas Garza, brothers; Federico (Laura) Garza, Jr and Jose Luis (Norma) Garza, sisters; Maricela (Antonio) Salinas and Maribel Salinas, as well as numberous nieces and nephews.
Hector was a hardworking handy man with a love for singing, dancing and enjoying life to the fullest. He enjoyed all sports but especially loved watching soccer. His greatest joy and love was spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
His family will receive friends on Monday, June 20, 2022 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:00 PM in the Chapel of Peace, Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn, Edinburg, Texas. Christian service will be held at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Peace with burial following at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, 1701 East Richardson Road, Edinburg, Texas. Funeral services have been entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and staff at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
