Guillermina Rios, 64, entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 24, 2012 at Doctors Hospital at Renaissance in Edinburg. She was born February 10, 1948 in General Bravo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico to Ruperto Mata and Maria De La Luz Garcia Mata. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Guillermina is survived by her husband of 46 years; Noe Rios, son; Leonel (Rosalinda) Rios, daughters; Lourdes (Jose Alejandro) Gonzalez and Margarita (Jose Francisco) Garcia, 2 brothers, 4 sisters, 13 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Rios family will receive friends, Wednesday, December 26, 2012 from 1:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. A chapel service will be held Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. Christian burial will follow to Garden of Angels Cemetery in Mission, TX. Having the distinguished honor to serve as pallbearers are Victor Manuel Vivas, Jose Juan Gonzalez, Jose Francisco Garcia, Alejandro Ramirez, Leonel Rios and Chelo Mata. Funeral services were entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
