Edinburg- Estella Cantu Lopez, 83, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016. Estella was born October 13, 1932 in Edinburg, TX. She resided in Indiana for 50 years, and then moved back to Edinburg in 2006. Estella is preceded in death by her loving husband, John J. Lopez. She is survived by her four children, John Joseph (Melanie) Lopez, Mary Jane (Kenneth) Klenn, Elizabeth (+Kevin) Aumiller and Nell (William) Townsend; one sister, Mary Esther Saldana and seven, Grandchildren and eight, Great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Estella will be held today, Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7 p.m. at Ceballos –Diaz Funeral Home Chapel. A Chapel Service for Estella will be held Friday, June 17, 2016 at 9 a.m. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral service are under the direction of Ceballos – Diaz Funeral Home of Edinburg.
