Emery Imre Lenar, 92, entered eternal rest on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Bridges at Mission Nursing Care in Mission, Texas. He was born on a Wednesday, October 25, 1933 in Budapest, Hungary to Emery and Julia Lenar. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife; Ellen Ilona Lenar.

Left to cherish his memories are his children; James Lenar, Emerick Richard Lenar and Kathleen Martinelli.

Emery was a Tool and Dye Care Machinist for many years and enjoyed traveling all over the world. His greatest moments were spent along side his wife Ilona. He will be truly missed by those whose lives he touched.

There will be no services. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Johnny Garcia, Manager/Funeral Director and staff of Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home, 322 East Kuhn Street in Edinburg, Texas
