David Bulvert Alvear, 76, entered eternal rest on July 7, 2011 at Edinburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Edinburg. He was born on August 30, 1934 in Edinburg, Texas to Bruno and Lillie Lee Alvear.
Mr. Alvear is preceded in death by his parents, daughter; Adelaida Alvear, two brothers and three sisters.
Left to cherish his memories are his daughters; Jackie Alvear and Ninfa Pena of Edinburg, sister; Sylvia Galvan of Odem, Texas, 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He will truly be missed by his family, friends and all those whose lives he touched.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, July 13, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. with a rosary prayed at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. A graveside service followed to Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
