Cristobal Gonzalez, Sr., 82, entered eternal rest on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Northeast Methodist Hospital in San Antonio, TX. He was born on a Wednesday, January 19, 1938 in Tamaulipas, Mexico to Jacinto and Hermelinda Gonzalez. He is preceded in death by his parents and wife Romana Gonzalez.
He is survived by his children; Alicia (Felix) Aleman, Aurora H. Saenz, Genaro Hernandez, Rosenda (Abe) Gonzales, Gaspar (Diana) Gonzalez, Cristela (Oscar) Garcia, Eliseo Gonzalez, Eva (Cristobal) Gonzalez and Cristobal (Zulma) Gonzalez, Jr.
Cristobal was a farmer all his life and enjoyed the outdoors. He was a son, husband, father and grandfather who was loved by many. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A Graveside service will be held on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park 1701 East Richardson Road. Edinburg, TX. Funeral services have been entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
