Arturo G. Garza, 77, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at Arbor View Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Edinburg, TX. Hew as born September 4, 1935 in Falfurrias, TX to Romulo Garza and Felicitas Garza.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters; Hilaria Garcia, Maria Natalia Salazar and Maria Dora Salinas.
He is survied by his son; George Grant Garza, daughters; Dinora Garza and Felicitas Loella Garza, brother; Ted (Corina) Garza, sisters; Maria I. (Johnny) Rodriguez, Felicitas Torres, numerous nieces and nephews.
The Garza family will recieve friends Wednesday, July 17, 2013 from 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. Christian Mass will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Christian burial will follow to Pedro Garza Zamora Cemetery in Falfurrias, TX. Funeral services were entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
