Adan Hinojosa, 92, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Retama Manor and Nursing in Edinburg. He was born on November 1, 1920 in Cipres (Santa Rita), Texas to Fabrian Hinojosa and Jacinta Hinojosa.
Mr. Hinojosa is preceded in death by his parents, brothers; Federico Hinojosa, Sr., Arturo Hinojosa and Hector Hinojosa.
He is survived by his sister; Eva Esther Hinojosa, numerous nieces and nephews.
The Hinojosa family will receive friends, today, May 9, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Peace at Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg. A Christian Mass will be held Friday, May 10, 2013 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Edinburg. Christian burial will follow to RGV State Veterans Cemetery in Mission, TX. Funeral services were entrusted to Ceballos-Diaz Funeral Home in Edinburg.
